Bear beta wins best paper at Liverpool

The joint prize committee of Inquire Europe and Inquire UK has decided to award the prize recognizing the best content and delivery of presentation to Zhongjin Lu (University of Georgia) and Scott Murray (Georgia State University) for their paper titled “Bear beta”
